Wolf Repair Los Angeles is an independent shop. It takes Wolf cooking equipment in Los Angeles and nothing else: ranges and rangetops, gas, induction and electric cooktops, wall and steam ovens, griddles, hoods, inserts and roof blowers.
Refrigeration is a genuinely different trade — different gauges, different failure modes, different parts on the van. Sites that claim all of it usually subcontract half. This one does not take those calls, and it will say so on the phone rather than send somebody who is guessing.

What happens between your call and a working range

You describe the fault
Model number, what it does and when it started. That is normally enough to decide which parts ride along, which is the difference between one visit and two.

It gets measured, not guessed
Manifold pressure, sensor resistance, a probe on the rack, the actual voltage at the relay. Gas cooking equipment fails in ways that read the same from the outside and are not the same fault.

You hear the number first
The diagnosis comes with a price for the repair before anything is opened up further or ordered. If it is not worth fixing, that gets said plainly.

It is tested before anyone leaves
A burner that lights once is not a repair. Full preheat, every zone, the door lock cycled — whatever the original complaint was, run again in front of you.
The visit is a flat $89 that covers coming out and diagnosing the fault properly, and it is credited against the repair once you approve it. The repair is quoted as a range from the six bands this shop works to, and the firm figure inside that range is agreed with you before a part is ordered or a panel comes off. See the bands.
